    Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. This includes, but is not limited to, underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewelry.

    Customer Responsibility: As a customer, you are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We do not offer free returns at this time.
    Shipping Method: We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely. We cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

6. Your Statutory Rights
